When first invited to "join" the vast franchisees of GGFU I was told classroom training would be involved as well as on site instruction along with tools and demo material. Materials involved were supposed to be "exclusive" and annual meetings with other franchisees would be held. Also internet marketing and leads would be provided. After I paid $60,000 for two Upstate SC territories and was asked for more money ($17,500) after a year.My terrotories have reverted back to GGFU for"resale" and not much of anything listed above came to fruition. A gentleman from Huntsville, AL did come over to help with a demo install but when he arrived I had no toolsand the materials sent were scraps and rejected material. We reordered and that came in torn and ripped in spots.Materail I found out later was not exclusive and no leads ever came in. Additionally no formal training and no meetings ever happened. Never met the owner Joe Ali and the only time I ever heard from him was when he wanted more money from me.Infill to be used is very expensive but was told to get the max performance it had to be used. Ball milled from a company called "Black Labs." I t is ball milled and round instead of angular typical sand which will not perform properly long-term. Joe Ali the owner told me when I complained to useangular sand and don't expect the customers to notice a dfference. I plan on reporting my issues to the BBB and SC Dept. of Consumer Affairs asyou do not get what you pay for andI'd hate to see anyone else fork out this kind of money and not get what is promised.
