I have bought a flight ticket and paid by bank transfer. The money was already in their bank account according to information from my bank but they kept saying that there was no money there and for that reason they would not send me the ticket. No phone number for contacting neither any information. They sell flight tickets get the money and it's a fraud.

I was naive in trusting them.

Do not use this site for any booking of any type of travel because you'll get nothing in return. They do not appear in any certified company for that.

comprei um bilhete pro meu filho, paguei por tranferencia bancaria, , tenho todos os comprovativos que esta pago e eles nao me devolvem o dinheiro ..mas isto nao vai ficar assim ja estou a mexer juntamente com meu advohado..afinal sao 1411 euros, tenho que trabalhar 3 meses pra ter este dinheiro, , vou ate o fim

Yes the same happened to myself...the only difference is that I paid with my debit card and the transaction did not go thru so I got an email saying that I should send them an order payment in their account and I understood it was not a trustful company.Immediately I contact the airport to get some information about my flight details and I was advised to contact GOVOLO...so I couldn't find any number...nothing about this company...I contact my bank and I canceled everything even my card.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY...SEND AN ALERT TO EVERYONE YOU CAN ABOUT THAT.
