I was just contacted by Ryan Lyons, Jr. supposedly from:

Lyons Construction Co.
61 Court Road
Braintree, MA 02184-8412
USA.
[email protected]

His initial email was:

Hello

I am interested in your (omitted product name). I will like to know if you have it in stock. If you do, kindly email me back with a total quotation on 300 pieces without the shipping charges.

Thank you in advance and look forward in reading your Email.

Next he emailed:

I will like to proceed with the order and payments. I will be shipping to my new project site not my local address and I will like to offer a pick up service after payment with a freight forwarder which delivers to warehouses to ensure safe delivery of my goods.

Advice on the next step to proceed.

When I asked hiim about the freight company he emailed:

Royalexpressfreights.com, update me asap so we can finalize payment.

I asked him for his phone number:

When I emailed him the credit card authorization form for him to fill out and fax back (which he did not do), he emailed the following:

Please contact: [email protected] for the pickup arrangement, provide them with the items shipped, total weight xxx and it is going to the address below:

Delivery Address
Lyons Construction Co. (New project site)
Industrivej 27
Nuuk, 3900,
Greenland

And include your Pickup Location and they will surely get back to you with the freight quote.

As soon as you receive a freight quote, let me know so that I can finalize the order with my credit cards.

I had red flags the whole time and did some research to find this site with similar names, emails and method. So glad I didn't go through with it!!

When I emailed him back and told him I was on to his scam he responded:

What is the meaning of this? Do you need me to come down to you store?What is going on and what do you mean?

I have had the same problem with this person and this company. He went by the name of Robert Miller.
