Hello we world well look i went to munday chevrolet and bought a car that was supposed to be certified by general motors and well after choosing this car i was told that it was certified and had no issues. I did see in the car fax that there was a problem with the breaks but that it was services about 10k miles ago..... so during the test drive i stated that it did need an alignment and that the breaks were squeaking..... and well about two weeks later less than a thousand miles later i took the car to the service station and i told them the tire pressure monitors are reading the wrong time... i.e. fronts measure as rears and vise versa...... and also the power steering system is over filled with fluid and also that the rear struts are making a funny noise..... and the breaks are squealing!!!!!!!! so as you can figure they did reset the t.p.m.s system (tire) and did nothing about the power steering... nothing about the alignment and wanted to charge me.... so i was like no ill do it myself... yes i am a technician i am a graduate of universal technical institute and also a U.S. army diesel mechanic previous that.... so they did lubricate my strut mounts and sway bushing and did solve that problem..... but now about my breaks they resurfaced the rotors and buff my pads now that actually not solving the problem...... so i went back and they said the high pitched squealing at every stop was normal????? so i was like um get a 2011 out here and lets see if it does the same they told me no way they wouldnt do it..... ... so a few weeks later i went back and asked them to inspect my breaks again cause it was still squealing so after waiting 6 hours the technician drives it and say that there was no squeal...... so i asked the service advisor whats going on he was like oh he said it squeal a little but not much i told him thats not what his notes say...... so then i was like okay its time for me to inspect i found cracked linings on the pad and seperation on the pad... so i called and told the manager over the service advisors what i found and he started talking about he would void my warranty that i had to be gm certified to take off a tire???? really so i was like if i get a flat i have to be G.M. certified to replace that tire??? he had no idea what to say... I called G.M. customer service and they made record of my complaint but did nothing im still in the manufactures warranty and this car still sounds like crap...... PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS THEY ACTED LIKED THEY CARED ABOUT MY SERVICE TO THE UNITED STATES BUT ALL THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT WAS MAKING A SALE AND LEAVING ME WITH AN EMBARRASING CARE
