Heritage scammed me out of $18000 in consigned coins and almost defrauded me out of $21,000 in coin purchases. Thanks to me credit card companies I was able to have them do chargebacks. I sent them 8 coins for consignment and they've pocketed the coins and money received from the sale of those coins. Heritage appears to keep your coins when you complain. I am User306088. Heritage has resolved all of these problems to my satisfaction. Please disregard my complaint. It was an honest mistake on my part so please do business with Heritage. They are the best place to buy and sell collectibles.

You're lucky you had your problem resolved. I currently have a problem with Heritage. i submitted movie posters to them in two batches. They claim they have returned all of the posters we submitted, but have not because --- they never included them in their Heritage intake inventory!!! The posters they included in their inventory were ones they decided to sell, but the rest of the two batches were not returned. If you go on line and look at complaints against Heritage, especially on sites for scams or rip offs, you'll see Heritage has done this to others. By done this, I mean Heritage was shipped items they claim they never received. They put the onus on you to prove you sent these items to them.

On their web site, they claim they have a bonded staff member who receives items and a 2nd bonded person who checks and verifies the inventory. This statement seems to be a sales pitch that is not based on reality. Take it from me -- our property disappeared.
