I have had my prepaid walmart card for a year now and never had any trouble until now maybe its because i never had alot of money on it at once im not sure but i do know that im very upset.I am a certified tax perparer in georgia and i do have clinets on the side unfortinately i had some clinets tax return go onto my card and i was out of town when i received my funds.I went to walmart and got one person money off my card and sent it to her but could not get in touch with the other person so i left there money on there.the next day there was a hold on my account when i called the company they wanted me to send in my pto number from irs along with a copy of id and ss# and i did then they say it takes 10 days to process it well 10 days has gone by and now they say i need to sit by the phone for someone to call me im getting the run around every time i call when i told this one guy working there that my lights r going to be cut off cause my pay check is direct deposit on my card as well he just says i need to find another way to pay my bill because as long as there is a hold on my account any direct deposits are refused i am so disgused with these people.

I TOO HAVE A WALMART MONEY CARD. I HAD A FRIEND OF MINE DIRECT DEPOSITED HIS REFUND FROM THE IRS TO MY CARD BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT. WELL THEY HAVE PUT A HOLD ON MY CARD ALSO. I FAXED THEM OVER EVERY PIECE OF DOCUMENT THEY ASKED FOR, COPIES OF ID WITH SOCIAL SECURITY FOR BOTH MY FRIEND AND I ALONG WITH A CERTIFIED LETTER FROM MY FRIEND ALONG WITH HIS FINGERPRINT STATING HE AUTHORIZE ME TO HAVE HIS REFUND DIRECT DEPOSIT TO MY ACCOUNT. ITS NOW 23 DAYS AND MY MONEY IS STILL ON HOLD. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE A PERSON ON HOLD FOREVER, AND TRANSFER YOU ALL OVER THE PLACE. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. STILL WAITING FOR A CALL FROM ONE OF THEIR REPS AND ITS NOW DAY 23. PISSED OFF AS HELL!!

i have had a hell of a time accessing my account because i forgot to write down the codes and passwords i chose to install. there is no way to find what you did.

I also have $2500 on the moneycard that has a hold on it. Every rep tells me different stuff, have faxed all the documents they've asked for. Please help, has anyone been able to get access to their money? Any hope? Any info or advice greatly appreciated.
