|Well just like the two people who got ripped off by the same company this month, I was dealt the same treatment, exactly actually, and I wished I would've checked with this website prior to purchasing from HK Maso Group.
I purchased Powerleveling for the game World of Warcraft and was promised a character level for a hefty price of $99 ( One of their promotion packages )
Here is how they advertised it:

Price: 99.99 Time: 10-11Days
This of course is gibberish to anyone who does not play the game but the scam is just the same as any other.
After talking to them on their Live Chat, they were very quick on offering me bonuses and discounts, so I... like a fool, trusted them and ordered the service, I gave them my World of Warcraft account information and left it in their hands.
A few days later, I figured I might go check what's going on and if there is any progress, just to find out that my Character has not moved and my main Character on the account has had all of his gold ( Currency ) stolen as well as all of his items, when trying to contact the Live chat they've started ignoring me, for two days, until I posted a dispute on paypal.
So, the moment I mentioned to the person in Paypal that I opened a dispute, they finally opened up to me and started talking, saying that they will give me bonus gold and will 'make me happy' BUT... and here's the catch... only if I close the dispute.
I ( of course ) did not trust them after the first time they screwed with me, so I did not agree, and I called paypal to ask what happened if I close a dispute, in which they responded that if I close a dispute I will not be able to re-open it. I then go to the live chat once again, and tell them that I'm not an idiot ( anymore... ) and if I close the dispute they will get away with it unharmed, they said that it's not true, that by closing a dispute you can re-do it should they not follow their end of the deal, a GROSS lie.
Anyways, I have gotten the shorter end of the stick on this one, I just hope paypal get to their senses and hire competent investigators to actually prevent HK Maso Group from scamming good people, I am really disappointed that this hasn't been done, I also don't get why google has not taken them down either to be honest.
