|I am a volunteer firefighter who uses emergency blue lights in my vehicle to get to the firehouse in a timely fashion. When I asked the guys at the firehouse where to purchase these lights they told me LED outfitters. So on their recommendation i tried them.|
My experience has been nothing but horrible. I ordered my UV-60 lights on October 14th and here we are December 23rd and still have not recieved them. When I ordere my lights the online confirmation told me they would ship the next day and should be at my door in three to four days. After a week went by I called the company and spoke to someone who told me the light was being revised in China and they didnt want to send me an out of date light and it was on a three week back order.
So I waited my three weeks and called again. This time I was told it was still on backorder and would be three weeks and when I told him he already told me that story he asked me in a very rude way "what do you want me to do?". When I asked to speak to Eric Johnson I was told he wouldnt be in till the next day at 10, so the next day came I called and guess what he was out sick for a week or so.
Again I waited another three weeks and called again. Once I announced who I was to the same guy who keeps answering the phone he hung up on me. I repeatedly called back only to be either hung up on or sent to voicemail.
Once I finally got someone on the line again I was told the lights are in and they would finally be on my doorstep Friday. Guess what NO lights!!!! so I called and again the very rude boy on the other end told me I was wrong and he told me the following Friday they would be there.
The following Friday came and went and still no lights so on this call to really no suprise again the boy was rude and told me I must not be listening because he said the follow Friday again.
So once again Friday comes and goes and I call. Now this time I actually get someone to answer after hours and they are very nice. They tell me how sorry they are for the confusion and they sent me a confirmation email and everything that the lights would be delivered with a tracking number. Well UPS still has not picked up my lights because they have not given them to UPS.
I called for a final time and this time the boy yelled at me telling me it was now the warehouses fault I dont have my lights. When I asked for the warehouses phone number he said he couldnt give it to me. I asked for Eric Johnson again and guess what, he wont be back till next year. Must be nice to be nice to take vacations on my money without giving me what I paid for.
I dont think Eric Johnson even exists. This company is a scam.
