Please!!!!!! do not use worst company I have ever dealt with. I did not believe there was really people out there just to take your money when times get tough. I was wrong!!!!!! They change their name so often that you can not keep up with them. The reason is because they are the worst!!!!! So every year they change their name. Please do not fall for it. You will only loss your money or worst your home. They will not help you. Once you give them your money you will not hear from them again. You can even go to the office no one will help you. The AG's office should close their doors, but they will open again with another name. WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. They do not care. They only care about getting your money you will never talk to them after that. Don't believe me try them see how nice they are at first. Then give them your money and see if you get a return phone call. lol. Your house will be gone by that time. But they can tell you every reason why they will not give back yor money. That is why they have the nice office iin Scottsdale, Az. Yet know one can return one phone call. They say they record every phone call ask for the phone calls back. Good Luck. Call them Bernie Fadoff. Yes false paperwork evern. Your loan company will not even know they did a loan mod with you. Legal Helpers will say yes but it can take up to 6 months. Good Luck again your home is now gone and you are wondering what happen. I have all the paperwork. Yes but did the bank give it to you or did Legal Helpers. What terrible people. Please do not trust or give money too!!!!!!
