Hi,Lorenz High school Rip me off i payed $400 and i got the diploma but i did not get me Cap & Gown whitch i payed $150 for. i had dreams of going to college and when i signed up to go they sayed that it was no good i wish i would have never went on the internet to get my diploma

You need to talk to the people who are responsible for shipping orders and stuff. Usually they have a tracking code of each order sent and they can track down what happened to your order. If they find that your order was not sent, or anything else like that, then you can claim refund. Otherwise, if your order was sent but returned, then you can reclaim partial refund since they have already paid for shipping costs.

Contact the university may be they have misplaced your order or got it returned. Sometimes a minor spelling mistake in address can make packages undeliverable.

Seems to me, that you have trouble expressing yourself with written words. May be you misspelled your address just as you have misspelled many words in this message. I have always found it fascinating that people are doing so many things online these days despite the fact that miscommunication happens much more often online.

I have to agree with the earlier comment, I run an online business myself, and sometimes people just forget to update their addresses, or mistype them when filling out forms. Such mail gets returned and costs me extra money. People should carefully fill out their address information especially when they are buying something online.
