lucky brite misrepresentation scam Jackson, New Jersey

Interested in whitening my teeth and not paying hundreds of dollars, I responded to an "Ad from a mom in my town looking to pinch pennys". For only $1.99 you too can have white teeth. I tried to read the fine print, I found none. I did a google search and I couldn't find any negative comments so I signed up like a sucker. Here I am $300 later and I could have gone to my dentist for less money. They said it was clearly marked on the website, but I certainly didn't see it. I believe it was placed there after the fact, after suckers like myself signed up.
