We have all heard of the herbal incense boom and we are most commonly hear the term K2 when referring to synthetic pot. We are a retailer of such products and we have many different vendors for all types of herbal incense. We have had a relationship with SOUTH EAST VENTURES a.k.a. Miami Underground a.k.a. Adko Consumer Products a.k.a. Svedko a.k.a. the manufacturers of K2. Recently we attempted to make a purchase of 100 pieces of their product and need a specific type of product they carried in the past. Juan took the order and had us speak to his boss Michael Mendez (probably not his real name). they took the order via telephone and shipped the product to us C.O.D. certified funds (cashier's check or money order). The product arrived and it was the WRONG product. We returned the product, because it was the WRONG PRODUCT from the product we ordered. Tried to return the product C.O.D certified funds, just as SOUTH EAST VENTURES had sent it to us. SOUTH EAST VENTURES refused the package due to the C.O.D, therefore in good faith, we released the C.O.D and this shipment of WRONG PRODUCT was returned to them. (have FEDEX tracking docs to prove return). Attempt to get a refund have been ignored. BUYER BEWARE this company has big flashy magazine ads and professional looking web site(s). Nothing is professional nor flashy about this company unless boiler room scams are professional and flashy.

This is incorrect information and the person posting is David from WHOLESALES TOBACCO 1610 SAM RITTENBERG BLVD. SUITE #105 B CHARLESTON, SC 29407 which they recieved a full refund. The only reason that the shipment was refused, because David sent it under another company name which they have three DBA's. Not knowing that the package was from them and not expecting a COD why would anyone except it?? Please for once in your life be a honest and stand up person. Admit fault in part of this mess and admit that you recieved your complete refund back.( Which we can provide a copy of)
