Beware when dealing with Moore Nissan in Bessemer, AL. I went to Moore Nissan to look for a new Nissan truck. They only had a few to choose from on the lot. I was meet by a salesman named Greg. He was and is a total idiot. He claimed he was new and had sold cars for Honda before coming to Moore. First off they did not have the truck I wanted so Greg went to his desk and started to look on his computer for the truck I wanted. He said Nissan does not make that model with the options I wanted. That was the FIRST lie! I asked for a brochure and showed him the exact model that was pictured in the Nissan brochure. He then went to some woman manager and they talked for 5 minutes, then he came back and said, they would try and locate the truck for me. That was the SECOND lie. He followed me outside to where a truck was parked up front. He asked me if this was the truck I wanted? Say what? I said no it is not. I asked what discount I could get knowing Nissan was having a factory sales event. Now here is where Greg gets real stupid. He said " there are no discounts on our vehicles, the only way you get a deal is with low finance rates." This dealer has the add on stickers for 850 dollars for dealer prep and shipping. I asked why I had to pay for shipping twice, and again Greg said " this amount offsets the other amount on the factory sticker" Whatever he is smoking must be kicking in at this point. Greg did call me a day later and wanted to know if I would stop by to test drive my truck. I asked him if they had the model I wanted? He said he would check..again still smoking dope I guess. It is amazing how this dealer makes any sales with people like him on their lot. I did contact Nissan corporate via email. They advised me to go to another dealer! I did TOYOTA!
