I am a Senior i only recive a monthly income a month. i got involved with this company thinking they could help me consoldate my bills. i should have listen to fam. and friends.they put my account in a mess. buy taking out on wrong dates. now i am left 500.00 dollars in debt.plus more with overdrafts fees. i canceled membership .sent fax to try to get back money. young man was very rude. after talking to him dout if i will get anything . please if you have any advice on how to get money returned please let me know.

sounds like an honest mistake, you are a bit foolish to post negatively about a a company prior to attempting to resolve it with them directly. postings such as this hurt businesses, and it is always a better practice to resolve the issue with the company directly. companies tend to take offense to postings like yours, as it portrays negativity about their business, and, to be quite honest, you will likely have a more difficult time getting your money back when they learn of your posting. in short, you get more with honey than going the route you did. better luck next time.
