FileMaker sets up phony downloads and leaves no troubleshooting contact source Santa Clara, California
11th of Nov, 2011 by User207679
When I opened a FileMaker Pro document, the system asked if I wanted to upgrade my FileMaker application. I did and clicked on the upgrade link. I selected the proper version and clicked download. The system went through the motions of downloading the selected versions. When it finished, I reopened FileMaker and checked for the version. The version and the last upgrade date had not changed at all. When I went to FileMaker's support site to report the incident, I found absolutely no link to report this.
