I purchased a blouse at Old Navy however the first time I washed it. In the gentle cycle with woolite, a tie came off of it. I took it back to the store and they refused to accept it because it had been washed. What the heck???? It wasn't even from wear and tear, I wore it once!!! I spoke to the manager and all she said they could do is exchange it for another...fine i wouldn't have bought it if I didn't like it. The problem is they only had white, I do not wear white clothing and I did not want a white shirt. I emailed their corporate office and they were no help either. Nice way to keep your customer's happy. Seems to me that you should stand behind your products. But alot of clothing I've purchased their has holes from normal washing. They should reevaluate their mission and stand behind their clothing and maybe not go for cheap labor and instead go for better quality!!
