I signed up for an online contract for 3-months for a "virtual office." I got a postal store box, and the postal store company told me I had to rent the box for $25/month plus postage. This company appears to be very much like other Virtual Office companies out there - but only after you purchase do you find that none of their services are on-site at your address, or what you might think is your building. All the other companies I could find (Regus, Premier Business Centers, VirtualOfficeCenters.com, ExecutiveSupportCenter.com) offer space in office buildings with on-site receptionists, conference rooms, printing, mailing, etc. - I received a box for which I was told to pay an additional $25/month on top of my already paid $99/rent plus $100 set-up fee. When I told them within 2 days that this was not what I signed up for, first they didn't answer my emails and calls (after previously being very responsive), and then they refused to grant a refund.
