well let me start off by saying pacific valley homes is a huge scam, ken ross is the manager at pacific valley homes and a huge con artest it all started in 2009 in oakridge mobile home park in sylmar ca. the oakridge park had a huge fire and almost all the homes in the park had burnt down. PVH was one of the dealers aloud to work in that park by the state, the fire gave the chance for the money driven ken ross to take advantage of the fire relief fund from insurance companies. to make a less complicated story the insurance companies paid out around 200,000 to 250,000 dollars to almost everyone who had a house that burnt down, well here is where the story get interesting the home owners never had complex control of the relief money ken ross at PVH had schemed them in to depositing a percentage of that money into accounts so PVH had control of the money. after the home owners had picked a overly priced house and then did all the construction there was still money in accounts?? so who did that money go to?? hmmmm.. also there was plenty of times where ken ross would not pay there contractors i know of 4 contractors who had been ripped off by ken ross form 5 to 20k. but since the accounts with the money in them couldn't be controlled by the home owners they to have been ripped off form 5 to 50k, i just seen this on yahoo review from somebody else ---- they said they bought a 80000 house for 130000 ripped off all info is deemed reliable but not 100% true i just want to put this so i don't get you know
