profressional credit services Betty, Robert n Alicia Sanders false information listed. a loan was never placed nor applied for. will not send proof

I had recieved a letter in the mail from profressional credit services stating my husband and I had owed a balance of $1504.00 to Robert an Alicia Sanders from a loan. Well thats a out and out lie. My husband and I have never applied nor have taken a loan out from these people. So I sent a letter stating to that this was fraudulent and needed to be removed form our name. I received another letter stating maybe we had overlooked the payment and since there was no responce that he assumed it to be true so I sent another letter stating this was not true there had never been a loan nor one applied for. I called and my husband called as well first call that was placed was a gentleman do not know the his name he was very hateful not helpful at all. Then I received a call from a Betty stating we needed to get this taken care of. there is nothing to take care of its not our loan to pay we had never took a loan out and I asked Betty for proof of this document stating we signed and accepted. She stated she would send in mail I gave her my fax number aswell I still not recieved any documentation. just after that conversation I had with Betty my Husband called and asked for Betty when Betty got on the phone my husband asked for the documentation aswell Betty stated 'who do you think you are calling' my husband said isnt this a credit agency then Betty said "oh yes and your name" Then I get another call from a lady today (11-14-11) from corp stating that we needed to get this delt with and that no one as responded I informed her yes I and my hisband have responded several times with letters and phone calls. Also told her there has never been a loan and that this was a lie. She said oh well I will get to bottom of this. I asked what do I need to do she stated she will handle it..
