R.J. Stayton-Smith Native American Solutions Capital Fund I invested $10,000 in NASCF and he disappeared Cincinnati, Ohio

In March of 2006, I was introduced to Mr. R.J. Stayton-Smith. He proposed an investment opportunity in a company he was setting up, Native American Solutions Capital Fund (NASCF). He said this company would be set-up in conjunction with Native American tribes to take advantages of banking freedoms made available to Native American tribes and bring to market suppressed technologies.

I invested $10,000 with Mr. Stayton-Smith in exchange for 0.2% ownership of NASCF. Since I provided RJ with my investment, he has met with me only once. He has provided no feedback as to how my investment has been spent or how he plans to reimburse me for my investment.

To date, Mr. Stayton-Smith has taken my money, showing no plans to pay me back. He refuses to answer my phone calls. He claims some grandiose fear that people are out to get him and cannot talk openly about our business situation over a phone line. I tried to reach out to his wife Laurie to no avail. She is an accomplice to his deception.
