Resumes Guarantee, Azoos.com Failed to honor refund policy Clermont florida

I obtained a resume from resumesguaranteed.com two months ago, and used to apply to two or three dozen jobs. I received no interviews and no job offers. I contacted the company to request they honor their refund policy which is plainly stated on their website that "if you are not HIRED (all caps in original) within 60 days we will refund your money plus pay you an additional $50." I then get an email from andrew, whose email address bounced back when I tried to reply, that the conditions of the refund is that I not be employed even if the job I have is the same one I had prior to receiving the resume. So basically their website is a bold face lie, they guarantee you nothing. Hired is future tense, not past tense. Also, in contradiction to what andrew has posted in rebuttal to another similar complaint, he told me another condition was 30 resume submittals by certified mail or fax, which does not include any "verifiable online submissions" which he claims their policy was amended to allow. Nowhere on their website do they make these conditions clear, the reason being they do not want people to be keeping track of what they need to do in order to receive the refund.
