I set up a business communications account the includes international calling. The system would not work. After spending an hour with the tech support, I was told their system has a bug and they are getting lots of complaints. So, they take your money and your time, but don't have a system that actually works. This really tell you what this company is all about. Taking your money when their product can not deliver. Then when ask for a refund, I told I have to go through a review to see if I eligible.
