the common scents body oils 4 less would'nt return money or product spanish fork, Utah

I bought 4 body oils from this company. They claim there 100% pure but when i poured some out i noticed they were really thick and had very little smell. This means common scents added something to the oils to make them thick. Which is not 100% pure. I notified common scents of this and they told me i could return them for an exchange. Well when i returned them they said they were used and wouldnt exchange them. So i said refund my money with no answer back. So i filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. and common scents reply was the same. the oils was used so they wouldnt exchange them or refund my money. So i told common scents to return the oils i sent. They made me pay for shipping and now im waiting for the oils so i can have them checked to see what was used to thicken them. DPG or some other patroleum base oil. They really need to refund my money. scott **** / ks aroma shop
