FRAUDULENT CLAIMS; NON-RESPONSIVE

Wish I had seen this site earlier... anyway,

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN/COMPANY (and all its incarnations)!

I placed an order for one of their Dragon Wall Mirrors back in November 2012. Finally, after a couple of phone calls and e-mails received a package from them on 27 December 2012. I could tell something was wrong right off the bat as the box was too small to have been what I ordered, and upon opening the box my fears were confirmed. The item I received was not only the wrong item, but it was broken and listed on their WebSite at nearly $100 less than the item I actually ordered.

I have spent the last three weeks telephoning Mr. Johnsen and his company at ALL thier listed phone numbers (with no response from an actual person, despite the varied hours of day that I call) able only to leave a message on their voice mail. I have also (during the same time-frame) sent repeated e-mails to them, again wtih no result.

I have filed a fraud complaint with the US Postal Service; a fraud complaint with my bank; a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; and a complaint against them with the Los Angeles, CA Police Department.

These complaints may or may not go anywhere, and I may or may not get my money back. But I am damn sure going to make sure that everyone knows what kind of scam artist Thor Johnsen and his web companies are and hopefully keep them from having the same problem/s I have had.
