Touch Douce Entertainment Inc. held a big Christmas extravaganza on Friday December 24, 2010 at Club Tatiana in Hallandale Beach Blvd. The bouncers or security officers were very rude and disrespectful. My cousin and I arrived at the event at 12:45am and were in line till 2:15am-2:30am. Those that were managing the doors did not let anyone into the establishment who came after 12:45am; therefore, we spent almost our entire night in line. Around 2:15am-2:30am someone announced that they were not letting anyone else into the establishment. We were told go get out of the area or we would be peppered sprayed.

Everyone began to ask for a refund. A man I am guessing he was the promoter or owner came outside to talk to us. He said, You guys don't make me rich and I don't need your money. You can get your money tomorrow. Situations like this occur all the time so I am use to it. My cousin and I went to Touche Douce Entertainment Inc. several times to get our refund and the business is always closed. A friend of mine who also brought a ticket went to Touche Douce Entertainment several times and the business was closed. I contacted the numbers listed on the door, flyers and promotional websites. I cannot get a hold of anyone and no one is returning my phone calls. My friend also has been calling the numbers listed, but one is returning her phone calls. It is not about the price that we have paid for the tickets. It's the principal of the situation because if a business promise to give a refund then they should honor the refund.
