1. Wrong product sizes (smaller) 2. Over charged 3. Faulty products (and they sent glue with the product to keep the stars on it!!) 4 Cheap materials (Banners came several weeks later and were not usuable) 5. Promised the moon before we paid and once complained left 32 messages and only recvd text and 2 emails since. Laughed when asked to compensate the $400 price difference and dared us to get an attorney or contact the BBB!! 6. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY they have a F rating on the BBB!!!!

I would encourage anyone not to buy from this unscrupulous company. They only care about money and not their customer service. They claim to have a 3-year warranty on their products but don't stand by it. They made several mistakes on 2 units we ordered and didn't want to fix them. They DO NOT stand behind their customer service or products. DO NOT BUY from UNIQUE WORLD USA or BOUNCER LAND. They are the same run by the same people. Their communication with their customers is terrible after you have purchased from them. They are the best at giving you the run around when you call them about a warranty or repairs.
