USA home buyer john tebbetts Said they would purchase our home for cash! It was all a lie and scam! Internet

It was a huge scam, he lied to us and said he was purchasing our home for cash, sent us a purchase offer but failed to tell us that by signing that we were signing over the deed to our home and it would still be under our name! ITs a huge scam dont fall for it like we almost did!
What the scam is is that he would rent our house out and pocket the money and let i go into forecloure under our name and he can walk away! He blaintenly lied to us the whole time! And now that I found this out he wont email me back! OF course! He also wanted us to pay $700 in closing cost and said he did all the title work in house! That was a lie too.

I've had the same problem. John Tebbetts said he would buy my house and after paying him a substantial amount I have nothing to show for it but inquiries. He is a sham. I still own my house after a year of waiting. Not sure what to do now since I signed documents granting him access to my information and signing my title over to him. Very Frustrated!

John Tebbetts is a scam artist!! He works to attempt to earn your trust then asks you to deposit funds direct to his bank account. If you choose to use a title insurance company he will just blow you off and tell you he has other buyers or that the property you looking to buy has been purchased by another buyer just to get you off his back... He has several complaints for taking over homes, renting them out and making off with all the money, meanwhile the owners credit is devistated!!! Do not sign anything with the guy!!! DO NOT!!! If John can't use a title insurance company of your choice it's probably because he knows you will find out he's a scam!!! USA homebuyer is a scam!! BEWARE!! DONT BE SUCKED INTO HIS SCAM NO MATTER WHAT HE SAYS!!!
