We attended a travel presentation back in March and were promised a free 7 night cruise through VIP Travel in Port Orange FL. After sending in our form 4 months prior to our requested dates, we finally heard back from a travel agent less than 30 days of our requested date, even though they promised a 60 day notice. We wanted to add our 2 small children and the quote they came back with was $2200 for all of us. WHAT?! I understand I would have to pay for my kids, but $2200..are you kidding me?! I am a FL resident and can get a cruise cheaper paying full price for 4 people. SO much for free. This company has HORRIBLE communication and was a complete waste of time. Now let's see if I get my $100 deposit back. Why didn't I read the reviews before this?? Believe what evryone is saying. All is completely true and I love the travel agency's 'rebuttal' to all of the complaints. Give me a break. 20+ people all saying the same thing and you're going to tell me that all these people are telling lies? People are smarter than that. VIP travel is fraud and needs to be shut down!
