| I was contacted by this companies salesperson using name Anthony Medina, Was told they needed more rental time shares because of high volume needs. Had a convention following weekend and had renters that would pay $2500.00- $3000.00 per available week. Had to do then because of urgency. Anthony seemed very nice talked about his mother who lived in my area of the country. Then I was switched to supervisor Natalie then to verifier. Always being told that faxed contract would be sent to me to look over and agree to. 12 hours later I checked Internet and found D- BBB rating even though company was not certified. Many Bad comments by other unhappy customers. I called in and spoke to both Anthony, Natalie & verifier again I want to cancel, I never signed contract. I told them my concerns Anthony said major bad internet review was from former unhappy employee and nothing was true. I said I wanted a refund immediately. Also 2 of 3 phone #'s given to me were bogus not their phone #'s. They said OK to refund. I ALSO SENT E-MAIL TO BOTH THEIR SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE E-MAIL ADDRESSES.A week later still no refund. VERY NASTY LADY WAS PUT ON PHONE GOES BY NAME OF VICTORIA THOMAS. SAID MONEY WAS IN ROTATION AND I WOULD HAVE IN 7 DAYS. A WEEK LATER STILL NO MONEY. I GET VERY RUDE LADY AGAIN (VICTORIA THOMAS) She again says money in rotation 15-21 days before I would get it back. She then refered to me by 3 different last names and said she had never spoken to me before. I corrected her she hung up. I then called number back to try to go to sales person called Anthony Medina again. When I said my name I was told he had just stepped out. When I questioned Robert why did he say Anthony was in he made some bogus excuse then changed what he said and claimed I had the wrong phone # and he hung up on me. I have now contacted my resort where the property is at and RCI the properties club they both claimed no knowledge of this company AND STATED THAT VACATION PROPERTY MARKETING was in no way affiliated with them. I have now contacted and left messages for both the Orlando District Attorney & Florida Attorney General. We will see if these 2 offices return my calls, investigate and make an attempt to prosecute this and any other business that markets themselves in what I believe is a misleading fashion and while saying they will return my funds in a specific period of time have not done so to this point in time. Pass this on to everyone that you know that owns a timeshare. While I am sure that not all Timeshare Management /Rental or sales companies are scam artist if the legitimate ones and the local goverments do not close these guys down then they are as bad as the crums that are scum. If they proliferate these acts by not going after them then the voters and the goverment officials that do care should do all that is possible to expose this bilking of the innocent citizens. |

| I recently sold my timeshare property through VPM. I didn't have to pay any up front fees. They made the process really easy. Their main focus is good service without the scam. |
