Vancouver Sun/David Baines The Self-Proclaimed Guru of business CHEEZY TABLOID, BASED ON SENSATIONALISM, LIMITED FACTS, NO QUALIFIED PERSONEL, AND HOL |

As we so desparately need a strong consumer and public protection system in place to defend the underdogs. This in my opinon is not the right person at all. His approach to take the title of self-proclaimed expert on business. Appears to me as just another joker that gets the spotlight in the BC media and abuses it for his own personal gain. By unusal events I have met four indviduals to whom he has writen of all on separate matters. One is truely and bandit from what I saw. Two I would strongly disagree and the last I just didnt have enough to form an opinion. I got to meet these individuals directly through business happenings. How Mr. Baines who get more info than I. Well I just dont believe it. Each person request my support financially so I forced then to put any info forward I requested. They did in the hopes to get funding. It is my guess nothing was freely given to Mr. Baines. Mr Baines resume states alot of schooling, but when I viewed I saw very little, if any practical experience. In my particular business. A person who speaks without qualification, lenghty field expertise, or the support of the vast majority in his field. Is considered a loud mouth and safety risk to all in his presence. He is quickly removed, to not prevent any risks, repremanded for his actions. It is then put back in upper management whether to let him back in the field. Usually he is not unless the company is desparate for manpower. This appears to be the case with the Vancouver Sun. Why he is allowed to continuely banter is troubling to me. In my opinion it says the fault lies above. Editor and Cheif? Patricia. Maybe it is she who enjoys the national equirer or maybe she is just tied to do so. Unlike Mr. Baines I can only offer perspect. I take a openmided approach and leave the facts to unfold themselves. |
