Poor quality of service. I was ripped off.

I paid to have one of my album artwork covers done and the job was done in a timely manner. I figured that i had found a reliable company. I was wrong. I paid for a second cover to be done last year and still have yet to receive my artwork. I had to reschedule my album release party several times because of 24hrgfx.com's lack of professionalism. I attempted to call on the phone and would get no call back. However, I have multiple emails statating "We'll get you your artwork tomorrow. " Tomorrow never came. I even sent an email asking for a refund if they could not complete the order. An email came stating your artwork will be done by the end of the week. Another lie. I dare Amanda to dispute what I have written because I will use the e-mails to further expose the disrespectfil lack of integrity when it comes to this company....
