I called this company ACS collections, they answered the phone ACS loans! I told the man who answered, he had an accent, that I received an email from
his company threatening to sue me, I also said that I never heard of this company, he immediately hung up on me. I called again thinking that we were just disconnected in error, but received a strange signal, like a beeping. these people sent me what appeared like a legal summons stating that I would be sued within a couple of days, and that the US Government had put a hold on my Social Security check. They also added to avoid expensive actions on their part and mine, I should contact them immediately by calling 312-328-8787. the amount they were looking for is 996.52, supposedly a pay day loan.
