The treatment I received ranged from complete incompetency to dishonesty. On Wed, I made an appt for Thurs. to unclog a drain for the kitchen sink. I asked for the rate and was told that it is $102/hr. I also, asked if there were any add'l fees or ad-ons besides taxes and was told, "none whatsoever.. On Thurs, the plumber showed up with no tools for a clogged drain because he was informed that he was here to fix a faucet. He said that it would be more than an hour for the snake to arrive and I would be better off scheduling for Fri 9:00 AM. I checked with Adriatic and confirmed the appt and price, $102. The plumbers showed up and fixed the stoppage w/in a half hour. However when given the price to pay over the phone, I was given a price of $180+. I asked what happened to the price I was quoted. I was told that I had to pay an add'l $38 for the asst. and $35 for using the tool(snake) and the person who had, three times, told me the price and that there were no ad-ons was misinformed, probably a company policy of dishonesty in my opinion. 0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.Was this review helpful?
