BEWARE OF CHRIS ROBERTSON CRIMINAL AND SEXUAL PREDATOR FROM DENVER COLORADO!!! After hearing soooo many sad stories and seeing how Chris Robertson left all the poor people at Revive Energy Mints hanging out to dry, I felt I had to say something. After working at Revive Energy Mints for over 2 years and watching this company grow I am so sad to see what Chris Robertson did to all the distributors and employees who worked so hard. I knew the day I met Christopher Robertson that he was evil. Chris used to walk around the office bad mouthing all the employees and distributors. It would have been easier to take him seriously if he didn't have a mouth full of chew spit, degrading all of us.
Christopher Robertson constantly made all the female employees feel extremely uncomfortable by approaching us in an inappropriate manner and making sexual advances and innuendos towards us. Take it from someone who worked at Revive before and after this gross human being took over, he is disgusting and had the fall of Revive planned out. Chris bragged about being a big shot executive at Kacey Fine Furniture and Ethan Allen when the truth is he just gets in companies and bankrupts them for his own profit while destroying customer’s and people’s lives. All he cares about is his own bank account and his fancy cars. I feel bad for his wife, while she is sitting at home, he is driving around in his Porsche trying to impress women, steal people’s hard earned money and ruin employee’s careers.
If you worked for Chris Robertson at Kacey Fine Furniture or Revive and were a victim of his sexual aggression or sexual abuse, report it now and stop this predator once and for all.
I remain friends with so many distributors and employees whose lives were ruined by this animal. Don't let this con artist take advantage of you or anyone else! He is destroying lives with his selfish and reckless behavior!

Thanks for posting this, Chris is a complete piece of shit and waste of skin. I'm sorry to hear that the few (2?) females that worked for Revive Energy Mints were being harrassed, but it hardly comes as a surprise given the man's arrogance and stupidity. He is, literally, the worst manager/owner I have ever had to work under and after bringing so many great people into the franchise, it breaks my heart to see the 'What happened to Revive Energy Mints" threads and great people like Paul Haverstick being accused of fraud, etc. He destroyed lives without a thought, taking very successful businesses and killing them overnight
I hope Chris gets the crap sued out of him.
It amazes me that he just closed the doors, turned off the phones and left everybody hanging without a clue.

To me is sounds like both of you scammers got scammed by a scammer. Pbnj, how could you have worked for Revive Energy Mints for two years and not known it was a scam? Was there a single vendor happy with there distributorship? You are as guilty as the owners. You had to know that the references you were giving were fake, few vendors ever reordered mints, and the promised exclusivite territories people thought they were buying were phony. I could understand you working there a few weeks before uncovering this, but two years? Perhaps you have a family and needed the job so you rationalized it.
Pbnj, "great people like Paul Haverstick..." are you shitting me? Paul helped the founders of Revive pull off a very similiar scam when they all worked at Mad Dog. The Mad Dog owners are now in prison for there fraud. It appears Paul did the same "coaching" thing for Mad Dog as he did Revive and left the people hanging.
To me it seems the two of you feel guilty for your part in the Revive scam and upset that in the end you were also scammed commissions by Chris. You probably did not know it was a scam the day you started at Sito Marketing aka Rylo Products and learned gradually. If you want to do a good deed to make up for your involvement, contact the postal inspector that put away the Mad Dog people as well as the Justice Dept attorneys and tell them you will cooperrate with there investigation. The postal inspector was J Henderson 303.313.5331 and the trial attorney P Jasperse 202.616.0509. They won't care about your involvement as they are only after the leaders, but need someone that can help with evidence.

First off, complete bullshit. The majotity of the franchisees were not only successful, but highly so. Many quit their jobs, landed major accounts (711, Wal-Mart, etc) so get the fuck off your Podium and stick to things you actually have experience in and knowledge of. All the references met FTC regs, were VERY real and no one was ever promised exclusive territories. In fact, I saw people fired on the spot when they were caught doing so. Perhaps you should conside stating these things as your highly unfounded opinions as you seem to believe that you have some actual facts at your command
Have you ever met Paul or know anything about him? No? I didn't think so. Rather than defend him, let me just expose your opinion again for what it is: YOUR OPINION. You seem to think you're really "in the know" about what happened at Mad Dog ( and consequently Revive) but like so many loudmouth, know-it-all asssholes on the web, you don't know Jack. It would be funny if it weren't so sad.
Revive was far from a scam in the beginning and had it been managed better, could very well have been the next Red Bull. But, like many great ideas before it, it fell to mismanagement. Did Chris intentionally drive that ship onto the shoals? It certainly appeared so at the time but it could have been more of his trademark ruthless incompetence.

Here is some evidence for you: Chris Robertson and Mike Kelty owners of Sito Marketing LLC and Revive Franchising LLC had this planned out from the start.
Mike Kelty puts his half million dollar home up for sale just two months before the business was closed down and they both vanished. Coincidence???? I don’t think so. Looks like someone was planning to skate town.
A quick public records search shows Mike Kelty listed his home for sale only 2 months before vanishing and sold the home in October for a half million dollars.

Bottom line is NO notification to franchisees, NO plans to help people get product, selling entire franchise packages only weeks and days before shutting the doors, if those things don’t add to fishy then I don’t know what does.

PBnj: RIGHT ON! About time someone shared some actual real light and truth on this! All the finger pointing needs to be redirected to the class act clowns who made the decision to shut off the lights, give no notification to anyone and set up no support or system for people to order product. A phone call to the mint supplier in Canada could have at least let the distributors and franchisees order product and continue on with their businesses, too hard for Chris Robertson to pick up the phone?
Paul is a great person who helped hundreds of people do really wonderful things with the business. Despite what forum threads might say, Paul helped tons of people and there are hundreds of franchisees who will attest to that and should come forward and shed light on how Paul helped them. Paul was only a employee of these idiots, he didn’t make the call to shut out the lights and burn all the franchisees. My guess is almost every franchisee would say Paul was a great help and a great person to work with.
The Mag Dog affiliation has nothing to do with this, do some research. The owners of Mad Dog had been selling bogus business opportunities for over 20 years, Paul worked at one of their 50 companies for a few months. If Paul was an employee at Enron for a few months who was never arrested or sent to prison should he be look at any differently? He worked for a defunct company for a few months, bad career choice, doesn’t mean he isn’t a good person or is a scammer. A lot of good people end up working at or with crummy companies.
The owners of Mad Dog were previously banned by the government from selling business opportunities, for giving profit projections and not sending out franchise disclosures and a # of other things. Yet they continued to do so and are now in prison, these guys are criminals. I wont get into the compliance program Revive had, but it was very serious. If you were caught saying even close to a profit projection at Revive you would be fined, documented and or fired. Bill, Logan and Ryan took this part of the business very very seriously. Calling Revive a scam is just throwing more mud. Revive might now be a scam because two idiots took over and ruined peoples’ lives, I will agree with that.
Revive was not a scam in the past, this was a legitimate franchise system that grew too fast and was put in the hands of people who couldn't handle the business. Is Revive a scam now?? Sadly It seems to be, Chris and Mike have now vanished and are holding what seems to be large sums of money. Revive turned into a scam when the distributors and franchisees who were promised support, product and help with their businesses got the doors slammed in their faces.
This was a great business and a great place to work for many years, distributors were happy and franchisees were happy, sure there were upset distributors, but that will be the case in any business and the old owners always dealt with the situation and made it right. It was a community that was building a brand, everyone at the company had a vision to make this a Red Bull. Looking at the dates on the angry forum posts and blog postings it's pretty easy to see when that all fell apart and all the franchisees were screwed. When Chris took over his vision for the company changed, make as much money as possible and slash and burn everything else.
PBNJ is correct Chris Robertson drove out all the employees, and I mean literally drove out the employees, this guy was a real class act. The office went from a thriving office of about 15 + hardworking dedicated employees who really cared about Revive, to a dead office of only 3 or 4 employees only 8 months after he took over. I mean really they couldn't even keep employees in the business how anyone would expect them to run a franchise operation is beyond me. All the employees left because they saw where Chris Robertson was going with the business. This guy is hands down the WORST manager or business owner that I have EVER seen. From the above post, looks like they are still living pretty nice lifestyles, everyone else got screwed, but the important thing is Chris walked away with his half million dollar home..RIGHT???? |

I have verified this. A public records search of the below address's shows Chris Robertson is indeed living in a half million dollar home in Aurora and Mike Kelty listed his half million dollar home 2 months before leaving town.

| as a vendor i can tell you for a fact that you were promised exclusive territorys but it was only promised for the vending part of the business and the wholesale part of it wasnt promised to anyone. I find it hard to beleve that chris acted that way and if he did everything you said and acted the way he did, then why was he the boss for two years? Seems to me everyone involved with revive was apart of it until you can prove it was just him. |
