I contacted Ms. Amanda Tringl one month prior to the end of her lease to do a walk through inspection. Upon contact Ms. Tringl forbid me to do a walk through. After careful planning I told Ms. Tringl I would be at the property two days later to conduct an inspection.

Upon the inspection the place was in completely in disarray and filthy dirty. There were many signs of destruction of the property and evidence of the marijuna growing.

The humidity in the property was so great that it caused the floors to buckle in the bedroom. Doors were kicked in, windows were broken, card board covered windows to keep the outside world out, holes were made in the ceiling to support their once used growing lights, walls were stapled and taped for what ever mylar or other objects they used in their growing operation.

Items that were seen and document:

Heating and humidity sensors, chemicals for indoor growing plants, potting soil, clay beads used in the growing process, boxes from plant growing lights, and Ms. Tringl's confirmation from attending a marijuana growing seminar.

The City of Lansing Police were called on a later date after actual marijuana was found on the property. The incident report can be acquired by going to Lansing Police and referencing the following report number: LLA100819057586.

Overall, Ms. Amanda Tringl does not display good moral character. In my experiences I have found her to be untruthful and would never do business with her. Although she is a scholar law student at Thomas M Cooley Law School, I do not feel she should ever get through character and fitness due to her lack of good moral character.
