I searched the internet for a product I didn't know had recently been discontinued until I ran out & tried to buy more at the local stores. I found a few individual sellers and chose one selling on the Amazon Marketplace because I always had good experiences with Amazon. I checked the feedbacks for the seller, which mostly seemed positive.
I was shipped the wrong items and told the correct order would be mailed the next day, plus was asked not to enter any negative feedbacks on Amazon to give them a chance to correct the problem. Weeks later, that mailing never showed up and I was told again the items would be re-packaged and mailed the next day.
I waited over a month and never received either of those shipments. I filed a claim with Amazon and a refund was immediately issued, but being issued a refund doesn't change the fact that this seller lied straight out about mailing the items and allowed its customer to just sit and wait for a paid order that was never going to show up.
It's now too late to buy that item from another seller, and I believe this seller resolves problems like a child might - likes when things go smoothly, lets someone else handle it when it doesn't.

Today (Saturday morning), August 22, 2015, there was a listing by the "discount office supplies" vendor identifying itself as Shoplet. It listed the Epson WorkForce 5690 copier for $257.00. When the potential customer goes to their Website the price changes from $257.00 to $366.00 with an advisory that this special sale price will be available only for the next four hours. Because of the discrepancy in pricing that was repeated in multiple accessing boh sites, I attempted to call Soplet and discovered they are closed on weekends. I then went to my search engine and entered Shoplet, at which point I discovered multiple entries linking Shoplet Discount Office Supplies with a very large number of complaints, in one instance over a thousand complaints on several bases. I came away wondering they would not be banned by Amazon Marketplace.
