Got my glasses with America's Best in June 2010. Company claimed the glasses have scratch protective coatings. Apparently this was false because the glasses have scratches on both lenses after only few months of use. I have been wearing glasses for more than 25 years and have never had this type of experience from prior companies.

Went back to the store to complain about the scratches, I was told there is nothing they could do since I have not bought a warranty protection. I have never had anyone offered me a warranty protection from prior eyeglass companies. Obviously, America's Best (Worst) is making consumers buy this protection because they could not stand by their product since the quality is bad.

Anyone reading this, please, please, do your homework before getting services from this company because the quality of the product is not what they charge you for.

Consequently, my insurance company just paid over $300.00 down the drain. It's a shame that consumers are being ripped off by this company.

Everyone beware. This pair of glasses should have lasted me more than 1 year not 5 months.

I know for sure I will not be visiting the store again and hope everyone out there learn from my mistake. SPEND YOUR MONEY WISELY.
