Wendell Mark Sanders is a complete fraud, liar, and cheat to name only a few..Brooke Sloane Properties and International Investments of North America are 2 of his comanies that have been figured out already which is why out of neccessity, he created a 3rd company, America's Home Program. This company takes money from investors who fall for his garbage on how he is trying to help the housing crisis in this country by having these investors purcahse Bank Owned properties and place them in land trusts naming Sanders as Trustee. Little do these investors know, after being promised high ROI's which is illegal in itself, that the homes they are purchasing are decrepid and need over $50,000 in renovations out of their pocket, before they can turn around and be sold again on the market! A majority of the homes should be condemed if not already and are in the most distressed neighborhoods in the country! Investors are left waiting on their returns while Mark is out spending their money and living a lifestyle much beyond his means. Gina Debbs, a close employee of Sanders is his right hand. Although her record is clean, she is his little puppet and knows all too well about Sanders's games to be considered innocent. America's Home Program is just the latest scam by this habitual liar and con artist. Everything that pours out of his mouth is a lie. He's never been enrolled at the University of North Carolina, let alone having a JD. What about his career with Big Sky Beef and Horizon Foods? All a lie as well; the man sold food out of the back of a truck!! He is nothing but a low class sales man who has every characteristic of a sociopath to a t!! While running Brooke Sloane Properties, Inc, he specialized in renting foreclosed properties that he claimed he owned, and living off all of the deposits and rent monies, while the bank and real owners scrambled. He operates all of his business out of a PO Box because he is too cheap and lazy to rent real office space, yet he works from his home which is a lavish rental because he has no credit or savings to buy a home himself but he needs to show off as if he does. Thats the funny thing, he offers a program to help put renters back into homeowning yet he doesnt even own a car let alone a house! Part of his program is to help individuals all over with their credit, yet he would not qualify for any financing himself because his credit is so low! This is a quote from an article Gina Debbs wrote on the company: â€œAmerica's Home Program currently has 100's of HMAs (qualified Home Member Applicants) in their program waiting for an available home. Without Mark Sanders' vision and America's Home Program, these same individuals and families would be destined to remain part of the ever-expanding pool of renters in this countryâ€. The truth is there is not an a HMA club with a mortgage approval services division; the only business they are in is taking innocent peopleâ€™s monies and then answering back with a million different excuses and lies. They force innocent americans to believe they have the home of their dreams and can finance them personally through the land trusts, but the homes are all beat down and nasty yet they convince these people that the home just needs some "sweat equity". Its all just a scam and Sanders is a master at finding a gray area for every situation, but in the end, hes just screwing with people's lives and futures. Just contact the local FBI office in Tampa. They know all about him...
