This what happens when you give that benefit of doubt. this the conversation I had with the ex-wife who claims she has nothing to do with her ex-husband.I took out the actual names here, but this is a real email from her response after I thought everything she told me was true, but she is nothing but a swindler back stabbing individual. I am hoping No One run into these Clowns because you will regret it, Big Time!

I read what you wrote , that you have nothing to do with him and that
you have your own business, but then he is allowed to use your

connected in any way. I hope you know that your ex-husband is

communicate about how the collection agency had put down a different
type of name that was connected to what you claimed was your business
name and that you was not connected to your Ex. And when I seen what
you had wrote down about your ex being LLC , well I felt maybe I
should contact you so that maybe you didn't know about the letter we
have received. 2nd I'm not sure if this is Betty but you have told me all of your
personal life willingly I never forced you to say anything about your
personal life. My advise to you is Don't tell people your personal
life. I find this letter Very Strange because when we had communicated
erlier by phone call, we talked very nicely towards eachother and you
was very clear what you thought about your ex-husband, but it looks
like you flip-flopping the whole thing for what I am noticing here by

your response to me.

Which I'm still finding very strange and I just feel both you and your
ex is connected and I just find You Betty a Liar. To bad I really
thought you was an honest person, but yes we all have to learn allot
about people. 3rd I don't know whats going on with you both saying things about
getting my family. Sounds to me like a Threat and thats the way I will
see it. Thankyou for your kind words. Like I said before I am very confused and disappointed by this response letter. P.S. Your ex-hubby called me after you told me that you was going to
call him and threaten him to fix this situation you was involved in.
Well He did call which surprised right after we talked on the phone
and he was apologizing and wanted to have some type of meeting and fix
this whole situation, But now I'm confused by what you wrote here. So
I told my husband what just happened and he said that he will just go
and make the report because obviously you guys are just playing games
and I will post this conversation and show everyone how much you love
to help people and how you back stab betray them at the same time. So
Thankyou so very much for your kindness.

We, Jesus & Consuelo Figueroa have come to terms and come to an agreement with Storm Damage Specialists Of America, and James Dean Kennedy. We have resolved this matter, and we have no negative feelings towards S.D.S or Jim James D Kennedy. The work has been done to our satisfaction.
