I posted for a freelancer to provide me Web Design services specifically in Flash. I got Andrew's email where he has had a link to his website with examples. The examples looked very good however now I know those are all fake too. I was told he would provide me flash design services, I did the mistake of pre-paying him via paypal being the nice guy I am and all. After a few day I asked to get an update my project, he said he will be sending something shortly.

A week goes by and no email or updates. I asked him again if I can get an update on my project, he told me he would be sending me something the following day. Of course I did not receive anything. 3 weeks of this same thing goes and where I did not receive anything from Andrew. I told him to refund me back as I payed him via Paypal. He said he would but he did not. I am basically one of his many victims that got scammed by Andrew Webber from Wuttcreative.com

DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES HE IS 100% FRAUDULANT!!

HE WILL BE BEHIND BARS SOON!

I was wondering why he refused to meet in person and review my project. I started to smell something bad when his pricing seemed to be too good. Then when he suggested that I prepay for work before he would even meet up, the red lights and flags were flapping. Then I searched his email address ([email protected]) and web site wuttcreative.com and I found he was a scammer.
