APWFilm Nathan Saikali / Cheat, fraud, scam operation, terrorists, tax evaders, a joke! Ottawa, Ontario

On August 3rd of 2010, I left my car Mr. Nathan Saikali, sometimes called 4098137 Canada Inc., and other times they use this name; Advanced & Performance Window Film. The agreement was for the business to remove an old layer of window tint film, and replace it with 2 new layers. The agreed upon price for this service was $225.00. I picked up my car, that afternoon, and gave Mr. Saikali a check for $225.00 in the name of Advanced & Performance Window Film, instead he asked for cash (we both can save on taxes he said) and gave me a receipt using a different company name. Then his guy Hady (who looks like a terrorists) told me that I got the best job in all of Ottawa. As soon as I had a chance, I examined the windows even closer. It was then that I noticed a new layer of film had been put on over the old film, without removing the old film, like they were supposed to do. I called Nathan Saikali, and told him about this. He then told me to bring the car back and they'd redo it at no charge. I later took my car back, and he said "Sure, no problem, we'll redo it-remove both layers of film, and then put on two new layers-for the price of $400.00. I then said, "I was told that there would be no charge to redo my car. He then told me that I was told wrong and misunderstood. I definitely wouldn't recommend this business for anything, whatsoever. :(

hey, just saw this, i used to work for him, what a joke. he doesn't pay his installers, he is cheap, and he does a lot of jobs for cash. I am surpised CRA hasn't caught this fool.

Careful, he buys cheap films and says its llumar. We did a government job once that requested 3M 4 mil safety film and he used Llumars 4 mil safety film and told me that all film is the same. But wait, the Government wanted 3M not llumar. kinda makes ya think. So much for being a christian and an honest guy. Yep Nathan is not to be trusted. He is a cheat. he owes me lots of money for jobs done and he acts like we all owe him cause he has the 'company', ya right.

Stay away from APW Film.
