Went to the seminar this past saturday april 9th. Within the first fifteen minutes of the seminar, I knew in my gut that this was a total scam. Pretty much resembles all the other get rich realestate scams. Look folks, if it's too good to be true, then it's too good to be true. All I was looking for was just some advice, maybe a new approach on realestate investing. Not some scam approach. This is why we are in a mess throughout this country in foreclosures. Sales man like this, selling these bad philosophy's. Not only was the speaker Paul obnoxious and rude. He was horrible in his opening pitch, middle pitch, and closing pitch. Trying to confuse the consumer with a bunch of hypothetical numbers and little sound bites aren't going to work. These scam artists are riding Armando's fifteen minutes of fame and destroying his name in the process. They are forcing and preying on the poor, elderly and middle class people to buy these scamming tactics. As people attempted to leave the room, the speaker Paul proceeded to insult the individuals on the way out for not buying in to their program. He cursed repeatedly and bragged about how rich he was. The moment they gave us a bathroom break, people finally had a chance to get out, without being insulted. People like . These are the real people who you need to pay and see in a seminar to educate you on the road to a happier, healthier and more successul life. At least these people will help you create a strategy for success. Not some get rich scam.
