Unlawfully took my money

The ad was for a "30-day free, one month supply" of product. Also, I was to notify within 14 days that I did not like it. I did so via email of which I have a copy along with others.

Then, they tell me it must be returned! They do so after the trial period. Nevertheless, I was going to send it back when I got my social security check. Two days ago, they took $97.86 from my account costing another $30.00 fee/charge and disallowing my bills to be paid.

The past couple of days, I've spoken with three of the rudest people ever, laughing at me and treating me like I was an idiot. I lost my temper and screamed back to be heard. Today, I was offered $45 to compensate which I refused. This is not fair nor should it be legal. I would love to see them go down.

My credit union is going to research it, but Auravie said I still won't get my money back. I have no product, no money, and am being ridiculed. This can't be what America is about.
