Bull Moose Web Design ,bullmoosewebdesign.com Unreachable, Unreliable, DID NOT FINISH WORK, Does Not Answer Phone or Email Tampa, Florida

Hired BullMoose Web Design (www.bullmoosewebdesign.com) to make a website for my company. Apparently 2 kids out of Tampa - St. Pete area. They started the project and then became unreachable. I had sent some updates to the site so they could finish the project and never heard back. I emailed them and called them several times and did not receive a response. Finally I filed a refund through PayPal and sent them another email letting them know and Joseph responded stating he was in South America and had not received any update emails but they had full intentions of finishing the site. I resent him everything and received no response yet again. I sent one final email asking for an update last Friday and still nothing. DO NOT HIRE BULL MOOSE WEB DESIGN. THEY SIMPLY EDIT WEB TEMPLATES AND IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THEY EVEN DO CUSTOM WORK. IMO BullMoose Web Design is a couple young kids working out of their homes in the Tampa St. Pete area and are not yet evolved enough to handle customers.
