Automotive Diagnostics Center
Automotive Diagnostics Center Charged for work not done Marysville, Washington
9th of May, 2011 by User304123

We were told by this company ( John Wilbur) if we didn`t have the work done that they said needed done, the transmission in our car WOULD go out. Three weeks later and after $1182.00 paid to this company, we found out the tranny is shot. They said they replaced the pan gasket but NO bolts had even been removed. We were also told we needed new catalytic converters which we did not get done. Good thing! After taking the car elsewhere for another diagnostic, we were told we did NOT need that done which was a $1428.00 job. Now they will put in a different tranny for around $2000.00. Are you kidding me? Please don`t take any vehicle to them. We caught John Wilbur in many lies after the fact. I found out from a prior employee that all the certificates hanging in their shop are fake. This company needs to be put out of business.
