Tony Troxel defrauded clients while working for his wife, Barbara Bolla, Barbara Troxel at Futura Properties in San Diego, 92122. http://www2.dre.ca.gov/PublicASP/pplinfo.asp?License_id=00578047 If someone walks into a store and steals a pack of gum, it could be a felony is the person had the intent to steal. However, Tony Troxel rips off tens of thousands of dollars -- no jail time, and gets suspended.
Tony Troxel is expected to testify in San Diego where he beat up a 70 year old woman, but didn't know he was on camera. For news report, http://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/Woman-Sues-Neighbor-Over-Racial-Slurs-Abuse-135114613.html Tellingly, a defense witness, a neighbor and fellow realtor named Ken Bourke who was arrested for child molestation will be a star witness for Tony Troxel and Barbara Bolla.

A message needs to be sent to people like Troxel and Bolla. Victimize people and prepare to have your freedom and money. What's sad is that Barbara Bolla has insurance which is paying for her defense, which only adds to feeling invincible. Guess this what happens when you have 3 Mercedes, and 2 Jaguars and own multiple homes worth almost a million dollars.
