anyone involved with diamond resorts international beware of Barberry Uk Ltd and a group litigation offered by this company. litigation might be ligitimate but they also offer to dispose of your time share. we were dealing with an office in Burton upon trent but according to Barberry ( if you can ever get hold of them) they have moved from Angelsey house, according to the ladlord they gone bust. all the landline numbers for Burton on trent don't work, the registered office in Oldham hasn't got a number either. web site looks impressive but you can't contact anyone through it, they never ring back or email. could be a case of bad management at Burton on trent but how come no other numbers and no one will ring. having to consider court action if i get no response from registered office by mail.

I haven't heard anything about my litigation with them either. But they have got rid of my points that I had with Diamond Resorts. I did find it hard to get hold of them though, they always seemed to be busy or out.

has anyone got any contact numbers for them, i can't get hold of them and they havent sorted my timeshare out, i think sam is ignoring my calls, we just want our money back now

i lost out 12 grand on this he told me my kids get it can i live with the pain and misery of my kids being in debt why im dead i had to take a loan with unpreferable interests!

that sounds like sam to me, i had a similer experience. i've been to anglesey house and i was informed that sam davidson is now working for club la costa in tenerife. the hunt continues!!!
