Contacted their live support and specifically asked them, did my server have any available gil? They said YES. So I went ahead and placed my order. Knew something was wrong right away when I checked and noticed my order was still processing 30mins later. They sent me some information to verify my account and so I did. Waited 3 hours and still nothing. I went back to their live chat, gave them my order number and then they told me the same run around the other sites I have tried. There is no gil available. They told me to wait and check back later. No thanks. I asked before hand to avoid this. Every other gil selling site says the same thing. All of their reviews are positive and from last year. The year is nearly over, why is there not a single one from this year? They allow reviews on their site but they delete the negative one. They deleted mines. There does not seem to be any legit gil selling site. Because I've been through 6 now and all the same nonsense.

Completely the same experience. I asked beforehand if they had gold available and they gave me an amount they have on hand. KoalaCredits assured me that it would be delivered relatively quick, but of course they wanted verification. After humoring the shady company and adhereing to their verification process they then proceeded to ask me for information that NO ONE in their right mind would give (scanned ID, and a copy of mailing address emailed or faxed to them). I gave them my big fat "HELL NO", and now, I am currently in the process of repealing payment via Paypal. They have yet to respond to the dispute, and I am 100% sure I will have to escalate this to a claim for Paypal to determine the outcome. Take the person's advice above me and don't deal with Koala Credits. The difference is 6months+ and it seems they are still pulling the same crap.
