I purchased a DVD car stereo from this seller and the unit was defective after i waited almost 2 weeks for the stereo to arrive because it was out of stock but listed as having 6 units. I wrote to this seller and they told me it was defective but they were out of stock. So I asked for a different replacement unit and was told out of stock also. Was strung along and strung along until the 45 days on e-bay and paypal had passed. Was told the stereo was mailed it was mailed it was mailed. After about 1 month of waiting I realized what this seller was doing. They were selling defective products than making up excuses so they would be past the 45 day dispute period and the buyer has no recourse at that point. PLEASE anyone who reads this beware.

Almost the same thing happened to me!!!
I ordered a Car DVD Player with GPS Navi & Bluetooth. After I got it installed I found that it was defective. Now I had to start trying to deal with this company by email. They eventually replaced the unit with another. GUESS What!!! It was defective to. I offered to pay a little extra to upgrade to a better unit. They took my money and I shipped the defective unit back. That is the last time I have had any contact with them. It seems that the 45 day Buyer Protection Program on Ebay ran out and on the 46th day they keep my money and both units without sending me the upgrade. Pay Pal finally got the upgrade money back but they refused to refund the original purchase price. These people are criminal.
These are the names they are doing business under on ebay. There are probably more and will change these soon.
