BBU Services Stoled money from bank account Silver Springs, Nevada

I too am a victim of BBU Services! I first noticed the check for 29.95 on 1/17 11. I couldn't make out the name at the top of check so I went to my bank ,they printed it out and it had my husband's name but a different city and address. I called the number on the check and told them this was not my husband ,we lived in a different state.They told me they would issue a refund,well that was 3 calls ago. NO they have not issued a refund. I went back to my bank and filled out a complaint against them. My bank is refunding the money and they said they would go after them for the money,but probably wouldn't get it. I've had to close my account and open a new one. I do not order from websites with my bank info, but I do pay my mortgage online and have paid on occasion a credit card bill, this is the only way they could have gotten my account information. If this happens to you ,go immediately to your bank and make them aware. They can block anymore withdrawls from BBU,but it's best just to close your acct.,you don't know who these crooks have shared your info with! I hope they are caught and prosecuted!!
